We have spent decades on small specialist collections and large multi-site studies. We only recommend providers we have worked with. We stay on the project until your samples arrive and meet spec.

to samples in your lab
Our proven process follows the same flow whether it's a single-site, banked collection project or a multi-site, complex, prospective collection project.

Orientation
We take the time to understand your scientific needs, timeline, and constraints first.

Definition
We develop and have you approve a detailed project spec, which drives the rest of the work.

Feasibility
We match your needs to suitable providers from within our global network. We will usually come back with an Informal Feasibility, and fine tune before issuing a formal Quote.

Approval & Start-up
We propose selected Provider(s) to you, get your approval (PO), and proceed to handle all tasks necessary to start collection, or retrieve banked biospecimens.

Collection
We coordinate and oversee the project from inception to collection keeping you up-to-date of the progress.

Logistics
We arrange shipping with qualified couriers so samples arrive on time and in good condition. Biospecimens ship directly from the chosen Provider(s) to the location you designate.

Acceptance
You sign off when samples meet spec so we can close the project.
